Order process and conclusion of contract

In our online boutique you can order items from our engagement, wedding and eternity ring collections. The ‘SAVE CONFIGURATION’ button on the respective item page indicates items that can be ordered online. In addition, you will also find a variety of items from other collections, which you can purchase in-store from a MEISTER Premium Partner or MEISTER Jewellery Partner. You can add these items to your favourites list and print out the list, save it to your user account or send it directly to your stockist via our website when you make an appointment. 

When you order items in our online boutique, your exclusive contractual partner is always Meister GmbH, Kasernenstraße 85, 78315 Radolfzell (Germany). MEISTER premium partners are responsible for processing the order, including delivery or offering you the opportunity to collect your items locally. To this end, you must select and confirm the stockist of your choice during the order process. The stockist, however, is not your contractual partner. You can, of course, also view your favourites and seek advice from a MEISTER premium partner and order your items there. In this case, the stockist is your contractual partner. 

To purchase an item, please save the product configuration you desire by clicking on the ‘SAVE CONFIGURATION’ button next to the product photo. The selected configuration will be saved to your favourites list displayed below the item, or it can be viewed by clicking the buttons (top right). You can move items from your favourites list to your shopping cart by clicking on ‘PLACE IN SHOPPING CART’. In the next steps, please enter your personal details and the shipping and payment method. 

Once you have placed the desired items in your shopping basket, entered your personal details and selected your delivery and payment method, you will proceed to the order summary page. Here you can review and, if necessary, amend any aspect of your order. The order only becomes binding and the contract concluded when you have agreed to our General Terms and Conditions and have clicked on the ‘ORDER NOW’ button. We will send you an order confirmation straight away. Once you have sent us your order, you have a cooling-off period of eight days in which you can change your mind and cancel your order. You can find details of your right to cancel here. This does not, however, affect your right of withdrawal.
