How sustainable is the MEISTER brand?

Sustainability has always formed one of the cornerstones of our company. We are committed in various ways to preserving the environment and its valuable resources and to assuming social responsibility. In doing so, we rely on local, highly specialized production at our sites in Switzerland and Germany and we use raw materials responsibly.

Back in 1993, when the construction of the MEISTER company premises in Wollerau began, Theo and Lydia Meister worked together with the architecture firm Blättler on the vision of a manufactory building with a carbon-neutral energy concept. This building was completed in 1995.

Thanks to its own photovoltaic system, the building has been almost entirely energy self-sufficient since 2023.
